We are looking to hire a Maitre for AZZ GUADACORTE - CAMPO DE GIBRALTAR, with experience, a passion for service excellence, and strong leadership skills.
The selected candidate will play a key role in theoverall management of the hotel’s restaurant, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience (3–5 years) as a maitre d’, head waiter, or in a similar position
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Knowledge of event coordination and service protocol
Commitment, professional appearance, and a customer-oriented mindset

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels or restaurants.
Training in basic restaurant operations, basic occupational risk prevention, and food handling.
Spanish level B1; English or other languages are a plus.
Strong service orientation, professional appearance, and proactive attitude.
Ability to advise guests on menu items and food & wine pairings.
